The Zoom Express Car Wash is located in Pataskala, Ohio. Richland Engineering Limited (REL), a WallacePancher Group company, was retained to provide environmental and engineering services for the project.

REL conducted the ALTA survey, investigated the site for aquatic resources, and prepared all Lland Development, Stormwater Managemetn and Erosion & Sediment control plans for the site.
