    Responsibilities:  Performs and manages planning, analysis, and design for transportation projects including airport planning and design, highways on new alignment, and modernization of existing roadway systems.  Performs/prepares and manages a variety of assignments such as engineering calculations, drawings, specifications, technical reports and construction cost estimates.

    Works with/manages a team of engineers and technical specialists to deliver quality plans to our clients.

    Requirements:  B.S. in Civil Engineering or Civil and Construction Engineering with a minimum of five years of experience Transportation experience a plus; Professional Engineer (PE) certification required; experience as a project manager and/or supervisor required; must be proficient in MicroStation, Microsoft Office, and other software typically associated with engineering. Experience with ODOT project development process and standards preferred.

    Position:               Environmental Scientist Field Position – Waynesburg, PA

    Seeking full-time or part-time Environmental Scientist with 0 – 3 years of experience.  This is an entry level position consisting predominately of field data collection and the processing, quality control and organization of these data.  Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Ecology, Biology, Geology, or related field required.  Position requires significant outdoor work in all manner of weather.  Weekend and occasional holiday work required.  Experience with data collection, fieldwork, GPS units and aquatic sampling procedures preferred.  Must pass background check/drug screen and clean driving record required.
