    Job Description:  Want to be part of a dynamic, growing, professional team?  We are looking for a creative, talented, Landscape Architect that is looking to grow in a multi-disciplined work environment.  The successful candidate will work closely with other professionals in all aspects of project planning, sketching, design, permitting, and plan preparation on a variety of land development, urban design, education, park, resort, public garden, and ecological projects.  Specific work may include site design including master planning, layout, grading, planting design, construction detailing, storm-water management and green infrastructure, erosion control, utility coordination, wetland mitigation, natural stream channel design, associated State and Federal permitting, construction cost estimating, and cultural landscape projects.

    Work experience on land development projects, knowledge of plant materials, and graphic rendered plans/photo simulations skills required.

    Positions located in Hermitage, PA, Cranberry, PA, St. Clairsville, OH, or Mansfield, OH depending on experience level.

    Requirements:  B.S. in Landscape Architecture required.  Professional Landscape Architect (PLA) license/Registered Landscape Architect (RLA) preferred, but not required; minimum of 2 – 10 years experience preferred.  Must be proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Sketchup, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.  GIS experience, hand sketching and Abode Creative Suite,  a plus.

    Job Description:  Want to be part of a dynamic, growing, professional team? Wallace Pancher Group is actively seeking a full time Professional Surveyor Department Manager to be part of our growing, multi-disciplined, engineering and environmental consulting firm. We are looking for an organized, results-oriented Professional Surveyor – Department Manager that is looking to grow in a collaborative work environment with other professionals. This position will lead all surveying activities including the supervision and coordination of field crews and office staff, perform surveying calculations, and prepare final project deliverables on municipal, site development, and transportation projects.

    This position will report out of our Mansfield, Ohio office.

    Requirements:  Minimum of 10+ years experience in land surveying. Professional Surveyor’s License (OH and PA at a minimum). Experienced in construction layout, boundary, topographic and ALTA surveys. Proficient with Total Station, AutoCAD Civil3D, MicroStation with OpenRoads, and Microsoft Office products. Required to stamp plat maps and boundary surveys. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. Supervisory experience a plus.
