Hays LAS, now WallacePancher Group, worked as a sub consultant to SMG Architects in designing and preparing construction documents for a plaza, streetscape, and associated parking for an updated existing structure in downtown Wheeling. The grading plan (above) reflects a complete redesign of the existing parking since it did not meet ADA parking requirements and typical parking cross slopes.
