WallacePancher Group was selected by The Mills Group to provide all site civil and landscape architectural design services for The Health Plan’s new Corporate Headquarters in Wheeling, WV.

The stormwater control plan includes innovative sidewalk swales that collect, slow and clean run-off prior to release into the public collection system. This was the first stormwater BMP in the City of Wheeling and served as the prototype for subsequent streetscape projects.
