Pittsburgh Mills Pipeline – Phase III

WallacePancher Group completed all environmental investigations, pipeline and compressor station pad design, and permitting (ESCGP-2 and GP-5/GP-8) of the 6.5 miles of 12-inch diameter mainline pipeline and 9.5 miles of 8-12-inch diameter well connect pipeline in Frazer and Fawn Townships, Allegheny County and Clinton and Buffalo Townships, Butler County, Pennsylvania.

Superior Appalachian Pipeline, LLC designed the project to utilize multiple pipelines (mainline & well connect) in the same right-of-way (ROW), which reduced the total linear footage of the ROW to approximately 12 miles. The project also included the construction of the Clinton Compressor Station in Clinton Township, Butler County, Pennsylvania.

WPG also provided environmental inspection services during construction/post-construction activities, and prepared and submitted the Notice-of-Termination (NOT) documents to PADEP.
