Richland Engineering Limited (REL), a WallacePancher Group company, was selected to design the reconstruction of approximately 4.5 miles of Interstate 271 in Summit County, OH.

The project included reconstruction of the interchange ramps and rehabilitation of bridges at County Road 17, Interstate 77, and State Route 303.

The design included bridge rehabilitation and replacements, full-depth pavement replacement, embankment construction, drainage improvements, guardrail, traffic control signing, and high mast interchange lighting.
