DTE Midstream retained WallacePancher Group (WPG) to conduct field investigations, design, and permitting for the Elliot Pipeline in Marion County, West Virginia. The line was just over one mile in length and connected an existing well to an existing DTE transmission line.
The project crossed two streams, requiring a Nationwide Permit from the United States Army Corps of Engineers, as well as a West Virginia Stream Activity Application and a West Virginia General Construction Stormwater Permit. All permits were secured within the project deadline.
The design included all Erosion & Sedimentation Control, construction access and staging, grading plans, SWPPP, and details.
