WallacePancher Group completed plans for the construction of a multi-tenant development on a 1.7-acre parcel in Canfield Township, Ohio. The tenants included a GetGo convenience store and gas station, Starbucks, and Chipotle.

Agencies involved Canfield Township, Mahoning County Engineer, Soil and Water Conservation District, and Ohio Department of Transportation.

WPG prepared final construction documents and specifications, conducted site inspections during construction, and performed final close out for the project.
