WallacePancher Group provides engineering, environmental and permitting services in support of clients seeking authorization to plug abandoned or improperly plugged oil and gas wells.
WPG works with the client to determine a site-specific plan to obtain authorization for the well plugging activities in a timely and cost-effective manner. WPG will prepare the site design and Erosion and Sediment (E&S) Control Plan to meet the client’s access road and pad layout specifications. WPG routinely perform aquatic resource delineations and Pennsylvania Natural Diversity Index (PNDI) Conservation Explorer searches to identify the potential impacts to streams and wetlands, as well as threatened, endangered and/or species of special concern. If necessary, WPG will determine the appropriate permitting mechanism (General Permit, Joint Permit Application, etc.) for each project and prepare the materials to obtain permit authorization.
