Joy Cone Company is located in Hermitage, PA and is the largest ice cream cone producer in the world. Joy expanded their Hermitage operation in 2018 with construction of their new 100,000 SF Cookie Plant. The new facility is located on 35 acres of farmland adjacent to their cone factory.

The project was designed to accommodate two (2) additional 100,000 SF buildings for additional baking lines.

WallacePancher Group provided the civil engineering services to create the Land Development Plans and Construction Documents and provided stormwater and erosion control permit compliance inspections during construction.
