WallacePancher Group (WPG) completed plans for the reconstruction and redesign of state owned and city owned streets in downtown Wheeling, WV. The project included approximately 1.85 miles of roadway.

The project included the investigation into one-way versus two-way traffic, incorporation of green space, rain gardens, outdoor dining, historical interpretation design, sidewalk and ADA curb ramp design, roadway resurfacing, bike path upgrades, and intersection improvements

WPG prepared final construction documents, cost estimates and specifications and participated in stakeholder and public meetings, throughout the course of the project.
